RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your purchases, but please let us know if something isn't quite right. We provide free returns if, in the rare event that anything you ordered from shopwavez is broken, defective, or if the goods are delivered in a different size or style than what you had anticipated. If possible, please ensure the item is in its original packaging with price tags intact, and that it is undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original invoice. REFUNDS
Refunds are only available for products that are sold at the full retail price, no discounts. Discounted merchandise is considered a final sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
